Order will be released if payment is not received within 3 days from our email.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We use Singpost or Speedpost for all international delivery. Cost of delivery will be based on the weight of your purchase. Check out the estimated rate by clicking on the link above.
Estimated delivery within 10-16 working days to major cities of the world.
If you want the shipment to reach you faster, we can arrange international courier service - UPS, TNT, Fedex or DHL, shipping cost will be higher for these carrier. Drop us an email and we will advise the rate.
GOODS RETURN / EXCHANGE
- We check all our goods before delivery
- We accept exchange should the good(s) be unable to fit due to size unfit. However buyer will have to bear all shipment cost incurred in sending the good(s) back and the exra shipment cost of re-sending the good(s).
- Exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days and item tag must not be removed. Only one time exchange is allowed
- We do not encourage exchange for overseas buyers as shipping cost are often higher than the cost of good(s). Please be careful and to read all measurement in detail before committing to the purchase
- Hoisery and legging are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, please check sizes before purchase
- All good(s) sold are non-refundable. If no suitable replacements are available, buyer may exchange for another item of same value. There will be no refund should the value fall below exchange amount. Buyer will also need to top up if higher value items were selected.
- If the exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will retain your purchased value for your next purchase with no dateline.
