Order will be released if payment is not received within 3 days from our email

LOCAL DELIVERY
Retail prices include normal postage that will take 1-2 working days to reach you upon payment clearance. Zaftig Fashion will not be held responsible for items lost via normal mail.
You may opt for Registered Mail at additional $2 for a safer mode of delivery.
GOODS RETURN / EXCHANGE
- We check all our goods before delivery
- Due to the nature of business, we accept exchange should the good(s) be unable to fit due to size unfit
- Exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days and item tag must not be removed
- Hoisery and legging are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, please check sizes before purchase
- All good(s) sold are non-refundable. If no suitable replacements are available, buyer may exchange for another item of same value. There will be no refund should the value fall below exchange amount. Buyer will also need to top up if higher value items were selected.
- If the exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will retain your purchased value for your next purchase with no dateline.
